Gold Bar Rim Trail

This is my second time riding this trail in Moab. I would have to say this is my favorite trail right now. Great views and very challenging.

About Aaron

Atomic Aaron

Not good with jumps, corners, and not very fast. As I continue to try and improve, I find myself becoming more and more passionate about riding and wish I could do this every day. I watched many others start a MTB YouTube channel and thought it would be fun to start my own. All of them are really good riders and do an amazing job giving out information about trails, gear, and tips. I would like to think I could help review trails that aren’t as well known to encourage more bike traffic. Their channels really motivated me to move forward and put my own little twist on trail rides and mountain biking. We will see how long I will enjoy this hobby. In the meantime, hopefully I will inspire people to get out and ride and find people to share my adventures with.

Always on a quest to find great mountain bike trails, awesome mountain bike friends, helpful mountain biking tips, and amazing MTBing Adventures.

About Matt

He needs an awesome nickname

I began riding bikes at a young age like many people.  It wasn't until my teens that I got my first mountain bike.  It was a Biscyane Trident and it was a heavy 27 speed rigid bike.  A few years later it got stolen and I got a Diamondback Response Sport that had Rockshox Quadra front suspension.  I didn't ride much over the next 20 years with kids, college and life taking priority.  I kept that bike until about 2014 when the front shifter finally gave out and needed replacement.  Due to the age and style, the cost to fix it was going to be a couple hundred dollars.  I figured my money was better spent getting a new bike, and my wife agreed.  Little did I realize the cost of bikes had gone up a bit over those 20 years!  So after making the decision to drop a bit more cash, I was back into the sport with a 2014 Trek Stache 6.  A year later and I was bitten by the bug and sold the Stache and bought my current bike, a 2015 Remedy 9.

I met Aaron while exploring a backyard pump track in our city a few years ago.  It wasnt long before I joined him on a ride up to the Flume Trail and TRT and found out how much climbing he likes to do, and how out of shape I was.  He is great rider and always challenging others to push their limits.
